Indy v2: Today's the day
We've been talking about it for a while, but today is the day we finally unveil the next version of Indy.com
If you want to peek now, our in-development version is still at http://alpha.indy.com
At approximately 6 p.m. this evening, we'll be taking Indy.com down for about a half-hour as we move over all the data and when we bring it back, every one will be transported to the magical world of Indy.com Version 2.
A couple of important notes:
Classic Indy has been more entertainment-focused. Indy v2 is much, much less so ... feel free to talk about/blog about/group about whatever you want.
Want entertainment stuff? http://indianapolis.metromix.com is now the official source for a lot of that content.
Because of that, your event and dining/bar reviews will not be making the trip to Version 2 right away. In fact, we'll likely have an export to MetroMix set up sometime early next year to move everything over.
We can't wait to see you on the other side.
