To all the people who voted to modernize Indianapolis Public Schools buildings: You have ensured that property taxes for Marion County citizens will rise. I am not against improving the schools our young people attend, but I am against using property taxes to do so. I am a state employee who's single and can barely pay the property tax now. With the rise, I may need to move. Also, to Rep. Pat Bauer in South Bend, don't be so against the constitutional amendment to keep property tax increases capped or I'll send my increase to you to pay.
