    Jersey Mike's Subs (5025 E 82nd St, Indianapolis, IN)

Greatest sub place in the world!!!

Who the hell would use Chatard as a venue?

    Yats (8352 E. 96th St., Fishers, IN)

I finally tried this place out. It was alright but I expected it to be the greatest food I’ve ever eaten after reading reviews here. It was decent food, the breads good. I had the white chili with chicken and the chili cheese etoufee. Definitely preferred the chili.

    T.G.I. Friday's (3502 E. 86th St., Indianapolis, IN)

It’s a lot better than Chili’s and Applebees but that’s not saying much. At least the food is decent. Only bad food I’ve had their was the pulled pork. The best part about it is the bar and appetizers. They have a great happy hour. I just wish they’d stop making those annoying commercials with that one guy telling me what I want to eat.

Shapiro's (918 S. Range Line Road, Carmel, IN)

My god this place is decent but damn it’s ridiculously expensive. A sandwich will cost you $10 and that’s just for the sandwich. It’s not even very big. You want any sides that’ll set you back a few more dollars a piece than you can buy a $2 drink with no refills. For how people talk about it and the prices you’d think this place would be the greatest restaurant known to man but it’s far from it.

Noodles & Company (1 E. Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN)

The macaroni and cheese is pretty good, not the best but definitely does the job. Be sure to order the right size though. One time I went here and order the large bowl and it was huge. Way too much, I guess I should have known though. It’s also nice you can get a side of chicken so you can get some meat in that meal too.

Cancun Mexican Restaurant (6473 N. Keystone Ave., Indianapolis, IN)

God this place is horrible. Absolutely disgusting food. Never really got why so many people liked it

McAllister's Deli (8487 Union Chapel Road, #A, Indianapolis, IN)

I used to always get a sandwich because there are tons and they are good. It’s just not my favorite place to get a sandwich. Recently I’ve started to get the baked potatoes which are like 3 times the size of a normal potato. Best one is the Pot Roast Spud. There’s really something that everyone will like at McAlister’s. They have a lot of choices. But everyone knows the real reason you go to McAlister’s is the Sweet Tea. If you go and order anything else to drink you are out of your mind.

    Culver's Restaurant (7105 E. 96th St., Indianapolis, IN)

I’m not a big ice cream fan but it’s good here. I usually go for the food which is always great. Hamburgers or Butterburgers/whatever they call them are similar to Steak ‘n Shake. Chicken and shrimp are always good too. It’s worth it to go here for the food, if you like ice cream it’ll be even better.

    Applebee's (6110 E. 82nd St., Indianapolis, IN)
    4

Possibly the worst restaurant in the world. There is not a single thing that’s good here. There is never anything that looks good. One time I unfortunately ordered a steak thing it’s pretty hard to screw up but leave it to Applebee’s to do it. This place makes Fridays and Chilis look great. I really can’t stress enough how much I hate this place.

Uno Chicago Grill (3716 E. 82nd St., Indianapolis, IN)
    3

The pizza here is decent but if you want Chicago style pizza in Indy the best place is Nancy’s. I think this place has come a long way since it opened. It was a mess back then but the last time I went it was good. It’s been around so long that apparently they are doing well so I guess a lot of people like it.

Radio Radio (1119 Prospect St., Indianapolis, IN)
    6

A nice place to see a band but I have to take some stars off for showing off their political statements. The bumper stickers behind the bar don’t make Bush-lovin Republicans like myself feel to comfortable. However, it is a really cool looking place. Different than most place in Indy.

John Wayne's Pub and Eatery (2367 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN)
    4

Maybe I haven’t been around a lot but I don’t think I’ve seen too many places with the amount of pool tables that John Waynes’ has. I’ve never had a problem getting a table. The pool and beer are cheap too. I guess that’s why this place is always crowded. Definitely the type of crowd you’d expect on the south side….

Iaria's Italian Restaurant (317 S. College Ave., Indianapolis, IN)
    7

Now this is a restaurant that’s actually worth going out of your way for. Everytime I’ve been it’s been good. I usually go with the pizza. Definitely worth a try.

Hard Rock Cafe (49 S. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN)
    7

I mean it’s pretty good but I’m surprised it’s still open in Indy. These types of restaurants usually don’t last. I agree the food is good but it’s more about the atmosphere. Our Hard Rock Cafe is a little smaller than most but I guess we should just be glad we have one.

    Hooters (5314 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN)
    4

Being on 38th Street, this is obviously going to be the worst Hooters in the city. Plus you have to watch yourself going out that way. There’s really no reason to go here if you can visit another Indy location. At the end of the day it’s still Hooters and Hooters is awesome.

    Hooters (7551 U.S. 31 South, Indianapolis, IN)
    2

As all Hooters food is the same the big, important difference between the restaurants is the “service.” Greenwood always has quality Hooters girls which is surprising because it’s in Greenwood. Not the best in Indy but sometimes you just gotta go to Greenwood, especially if you are driving up from say…Bloomington. Castleton is usually a lot better though.

Champions Sports Bar (350 W. Maryland St., Indianapolis, IN)
    2

This place is alright if everything else downtown is too crowded. Went here during the Big Ten tournament because it was the closest bar to Conseco that wasn’t completely full. Yes, all the way on the other side of downtown. Really the only reason to go is if you’re in the area and don’t want to go some place better like Champps.

Spicy Pickle (6020 E. 82nd St., Indianapolis, IN)
    4

I’ve been here a few times and had sandwiches and potato soup. They were both pretty good, particularly the soup. It’s just nothing special to go back for. Apparently I need to check out the pizza.

Fox Pub & Grill (11705 Fox Road, Indianapolis, IN)
    2

Every time I’ve ate her it’s been good. Hamburgers, chicken, pizza, they’re all good. I hear the wings are great but I’ve yet to try them.
